Kolam No.1
1. The dot pattern. Its 8 dot count in the centre two columns followed by decreased two on sides to 2 on ends.
2. Form the diamond shapes on outer.
3. The formation of centre flower.
4. The final sketch.
5. Add colour and extensions as per your wish. You may draw any elements on the outer as an enclosing layer to the main kolam which will enhance the beauty of the kolam.
Kolam No.2
1. Dot count: 8×2-2.
2. Form the petal shapes on the outer along with heart and the tear drops.
2. Duplicate the elements on other sides too.
3. The final sketch.
4. Add extensions as per your wish and make it to look grand by adding colours.
