Hope the rangoli looks good with paisleys around π

I need to add some words about my favourite kolambase , “The Mudfloor”. It’s gives an immense feeling to draw kolam on a mudfloor. It brings back my childhood memories where my grandma’s residence had a palatial front yard adorned by beautiful kolams drawn by my mother. The kola powder usually is mixed with rice flour to increase the brightness of the powder further dazzles on the background….
This kolam was drawn on the red mudfloor.. I have drawn only a handful of kolams, that too at my mother’s residence. Now that floor has been upgraded to a cement base in my next visit π It was my Dad’s idea to pave a cement floor for his princess (of course that’s me ) to draw kolams….
