Drawing a line kolam is much easier than a sikku kolam. The dots are connected to form a figure which is repetitive on opposite sides and the adjoining extra dots are joined together for another new element. I’m comfortable in drawing sikku kolams rather than line kolams 
This kolam has a 15×5-5 dot count. The main element stars [they really look like stars to me :-D] with the hearts done in chalk piece.
