This kolam has an intresting story behind this. I saw this kolam on a street while I was making my way through that road.
I was attracted to a new design and I couldn’t make it in to my memory, so looked for a piece of paper, All I had a receipt, so just copied one portion of the kolam while taking note on the dot count and recreated after returning home. To till date, this kolam always brings a smile to my face rewinding the incident happened some 5 years ago.

As mentioned above, I have used wet rice paste to draw kolam and later after the paste dried, I added DIY colour powders to enhance the kolam. As the long loops looked like peppers, so added red colour to make it spicy 🙂
The centre light and dark shades are from Nescafe gold and Filter coffee 😀
